RULES AND REGULATIONS

MASKS ARE MANDATORY FOR THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT. MASK BREAKS ARE BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT. I will not be wearing one which is why you must. Fully vaccinated clients must still wear a mask.

There is a deposit required to book. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the cost of your service. Please be sure of your style and availability when booking. I will only reschedule your appointment once (1). If you book two appointments, YOUR SECOND APPOINTMENT WILL BE MOVED BUT NOT REFUNDED. If you need to reschedule you will have 30 days to reachedule your appointment.

I am closed for every major Holiday. 

I will normally allot a Monday to accommodate a mid week Holiday closing. Send a chat for confirmation about booking.

Everyone is allotted a 15 min grace period and then there is a $10 late fee up to 30 min. Anything beyond 30 min will automatically cancel your appointment and you will  forfeit your deposit.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. If there is a problem let me know BEFORE you leave.

No unserviced Guests

No eating or drinking in the salon.

​

All services are photographed unless you request different.

​

Communication and respect is key to a healthy relationship. Please be respectful of me and my time and I will do the same for you.Let me know in advance if you have any unforseen issues to arise.

Use the CONTACT US page to be added to the Salon's Client List. This allows for a more personalized salon experience.

Attention Parents:

No unsupervised children allowed in the salon.

​

Your child must be able to sit unattended to be serviced.

​

Children are not allowed snacks.

​

Children need to be well rested.

​

If they can not sit for their appointment full payment will be expected.
